Vodafone Marketing Strategy

from research i have conducted vodafones strategy appears to be product led and customer orientated? does this refer to marketing strategy or merely the companys overall objectives? also what models would be appropriate to use in order to check validity of the companys marketing strategy not including a Pest analysis? any help with the above would be brilliant and also any further advice on areas to research from a marketing perspective in relation to vodafone would be greatly appreciated

    to be honest im just confused by the assignment...ive completed considerable research on the company and have to answer questions based on operational as well as marketing and financial areas of the company. i think its more a case of been unsure of appropriate models to use for the marketing end
