Which Country Is Perfect Target Market?

hello friends, my question is which country/ countries are perfect target market for cancer hospitals? if a XYZ cancer hospital going to internationalization, then which countries should be their target market and why?

    What makes you think that an international cancer hospital can appeal to the marketplace? Wouldn't cancer patients rather stay close to home?

    My solution: Build the cancer hospital close to the target audience, or partner with local hospitals to deliver your "secret sauce" to their own patients.
