Name For Interal Learning Development Program

We are building a new learning & development program that is esp focused on buildings sales people knowledge on market segments, products, processes, and selling skills. This program will also be offered to others beyond sales. L&D Program is part of overall program focusing on building sales force excellence. Any good ideas for a new name. we use MY in front of some HR programs but this sounds so childish.

    Who exactly is your target audience? Who makes decisions to hire someone like you/your company? What is it they are seeking? What words to they use to describe their "pain?"

    If you haven't interviewed a dozen or more individuals in your target audience, that should be your first step. It will help you build a product that meets their needs, and it will give you an insight into the ideas on the minds of your target audience, and the words they use to express those ideas.

    If you've already conducted those interviews, perhaps you can share with us the key findings and the words your target audience uses to express their needs and attitudes toward the issues you hope to address.

    It's hard to come up with good names when we don't understand the target audience at a deep level. Help us, and we'll help you.

    Target group are all different sales people within our international organisation. Main objective of program is to develop one way of selling on an international level and to achieve that one learning & development program is been developed.

    This program is for a large manufacturer and is only for internal sales people. They currently lack sufficient knowledge & skills set to really be an effective sales person. By developing centrally we are able to take all the best learnings, content, tools from over the world and integrate in one program that consistents out of different modules which they all need to go through

    Been trying to stick to your existing reference of using My, but maybe you could indicate the names of some of the other L&D programs, to find a better match ?
