What's the name of the firm? Who are your clients? Where do they live? What makes you different from, and better than, your competition?

My firm name is Zippay Professional Bookkeeping Services, Inc.
I work in the southern California market and I have over 10 years experience.
I am distinguished from my competition by having 5 years experience with a CPA firm. I know how to work with CPA's and prepare financial information ready for CPA review and tax preparation.
I am also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor which means that I am registered with QuickBooks as a person with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify problems and offer consulting services.

Given that your name is already part of the name of your firm, there is no need to include it in your tagline. In fact, your firm name tells people what you do as clearly as possible.

So the tagline, if you feel the need for one, should probably focus on the BENEFIT your target audience will realize when they hire you. How will they FEEL? How will they be better off? Push yourself to find the core benefit you provide -- the "What's in it for me?" factor for the client.

The things that you list as differentiators are good. Now ask how those features benefit your clients. That's what we want to encapsulate in the tagline.

Many folks get at this benefit issue by interviewing clients and listening to the words they use when they describe their experience with the company, the things they like about it, the things they wish were better, etc. You might consider doing that or hiring a professional to do it for you.
