Quoting Commercial Insurance (motels /hotels)

I'm very new in this profession and am still learning everyday , I've started writing my own quotes and need some tips on how to enter all of the properties information to get the best premiums . I know there are ways to " trick the system " BUT WHAT ARE THEY ? Are there any other Farmers agents out there?

    This is a marketing forum. It sounds like you're asking about insurance premiums, which isn't our specialty...

    Wow, that's a bizarre question. The problem is that if you misrepresent the actual risk then the client could possibly receive a prorated settlement instead of the full settlement.

    OR, you could lose your license. OR, the client could sue you (you do carry E&O right?) you for misrepresenting them to your company.

    Yeah....very bizarre.
