What I think is an appropriate tag line is one thing, but what you—as the student that's been asked to answer this question—thinks is an appropriate tag line is another thing.

Your question is a homework question.

Likewise the additional request for an idea for a radio ad.

    Homework.

If you continue with your reliance on other people to do your work, when you get out into the world of work you will be of no use to anyone. In fact, you'll be a liability. This makes you dangerous—to yourself, and to your prospective employer and their bottom line.

Marketing has one purpose: to increase revenue.

So your thinking needs to lead to solutions that do just that. This means doing your own thinking.

Tell people a surprising fact about TECHRON. If you don't know what TECHRON is, take the time to find out. This means doing some—gasp—work! (it won't hurt you), which means—double gasp—doing some of your own thinking and problem solving.

My tone here is sarcastic for a reason: if you're unwilling or unable to think like a marketing person (by doing your own thinking and by putting in some effort) you will be ill equipped to help increase revenue. This then will mean you will be of no value to an employer. None.

The answer to your question is outlined above: get to it.

It's USP is not selling Technron. Its the benefits of techron and what it can do for your car. With so many stations selling techron-- what is the usp there? I'm not going to do your homework for you, but I'd go to the techron link and do some research. There is a wealth of info there you can feed from.
