My email marketing service gives me a little problem to create surveys. Are there any providers who can give me easy installation and also technical support for later problems?Thinking of switching to something better.

    MyEmma has a pretty good research/survey tool, and their support folks are the best. www.MyEmma.com

    If you need a more sophisticated survey tool, you'll have to use one of the professional services that the market research pros use. They can handle large mailing lists you provide, or they can recruit for you.
