Suggestions For A Drupal Programmer?

Hi,
We have a section of our website built on Drupal and need some modifications plus a long term plan for maintaining and upgrading it. We had problems with our previous programmer and need a new person (freelance or a company) to provide ongoing help and guidance. We're in Encino CA but the programmer can be anywhere.

    Dear Mophir,

    I don't think this is the best forum to be searching for a programmer. Try Elance, I've got work done by extremely reliable service providers from there in the past.
