Know-How Exchange : Student Questions

For one of my classes, I have to interview a sales or marketing professional. There's the stipulation that no automobile, appliance, electronic, department store, or other types of sales are acceptable for this assignment.

I'm stuck because many of the people who fit that job description locally have already been contacted by other members of my class. My professor said i could do an interview over email but I'm having difficulty with people emailing me back. Any suggestions or volunteers? lol.
