Job Title Unknown

My marketing team has recently undergone a reorg. I was the only product marketing manager in the company but I no longer report to the Director of Product Marketing. My responsibilities have not changed but I'm not sure if my title should be any different as I now report to the VP of Customer, Partner and Field marketing.

My new responsibilities are: product expertise in the marketing department, sales and web product demos, corporate overview product videos, customer product innovation of new use cases contributing to the roadmap, executive product marketing support, competitive positioning, and sales content and support for presentations.

I need to figure out a title that is not product marketing even though that's what it seems like it is. HELP :)

Ok, it is not clear to me if you are just thinking of whether your title should change, or someone is telling you your title must change.

If just thinking, I'd stick to the same title. Unless you want to use this as a chance to get a paper promotion or to adjust your skill set on your resume.

If they are telling you you must change, what are they suggesting? Or why do they want the change in title? Knowing that background info will help figure out what titles will be acceptable to them.
