I'm currently conducting a research on how to measure customer value with different tools.
I would like to know how to measure customer value based on quantitative and qualitative tools.
For quantitative approaches I was considering the CLV,sales per customer, contribution margin per customer.
For the quantitative approaches I can only think of CRM.
Moreover, I was considering the following:
1. ABC Analysis
2. Scoring Model
3. Customer portfolios
My question is which one would you reccomend in using especially in the automobile industry and why?
