I cant find what is a structural argument theory for services. It is not in the book and can not find it anywhere online.

I need to know the theory of structural argument in services. There is two theories in service marketing (according to my professor), there is the structural argument theory and the unified service theory. I know the unified service theory which provides the customer significant inputs into the production... etc. However I am stuck with "structural argument theory".

I have been in marketing a long time and have never heard of that particular theory; however, when I don't understand something, like structural argument theory for services, I try to break it down. First question what is structure theory? One search turned up this, "Structural arguments emphasize causes and solutions" Okay I can understand that, now how does that appy to "services?" What kind of services are we talking about? it may or may not influence the answer.

A search for "StructArgumentment Theory" turned up this information. https://www.jstor.org/pss/2600975 now, does that fit exactly what you need? It may not but it might give you enough background on structure theory arguments for you to form your own understanding and come up with an answer to the question.
