How To Achieve Growth In Marketing Career?

presently i am in battery company as a sales engineer. want to achieve growth that is highest and constantly increasing. how can i achieve growth in my career -1. by remaining in same field ( battery line) and shifting to new organisations time to time. OR 2. shift to another line constantly at regular time intervals.

    Either option could work. Which would be better for you depends on the specifics of the company you work for and the other companies in our area.

    In more technical areas, staying within the same industry often can be useful. As you get more involved with a certain specific technology, it becomes harder to switch to different technologies, but it also makes you more valuable within the industry.

    presently i am working in marketing engineer. If you want to achieve growth in marketing career that We’re expansion our regional geographic with strategy to create new manufactured goods and service collections. We need a more extremely precious company to go with.
