This sounds like a homework question.

I don't understand the question. Maybe you can give us some context. Who is asking the question? What is it they want to know? Who is "yourself?" Is it specific to an individual, or is this a generic "yourself?"

I got exposed to a question like that before. I focused on my personal skills and my education achievements is this the best way of answering such a question? Or there's another way better than that that I can use when it comes to marketing myself?

As in all marketing - you need to match you offering (yourself) with your prospects (their unmet needs).

"I market myself by applying the same approach I use to market a company's products or services. I learn all I can about what's important to my target audience: what they need, what success looks like for them, how they make decisions, which suppliers they like (and why), and what's on their wish list."

"Then I see whether I can address their unmet needs better than anyone else. If I can't, I move on. If I can, I explain that to the prospect."

"That's precisely how I market myself. I essentially provide a free sample of the way I work as a marketer."
