How One Can Be Smart In The Marketing Field

If you're working in a marketing department in where all of its employees are so smart and unique, in that case, how one can be smart as they are?
"I mean how one can be smart when it comes to his filed which is marketing?"

    Start by reading all you can, so you learn from others' experiences. Then collect years of experience across a lot of subject areas.

    Or hire a smart consultant who doesn't have a big ego, and listen to everything he/she tells you.

    How can you add value? Give more, do more, go farther, offer more, contribute, bring, fetch, carry, and be smart about the lives you touch, not by thinking what's in it for you, but by thinking, what's in it for the other person.

    In time, ALL this effort WILL come back to you multiplied by ten.
