How To Bribe - Brown Envelope

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi,

This question may sème "unethical" but damned, we ALL know for a fact that in business we won't succeed with an all-ethic-strategy, so...

My question is, in order to close a deal, we know bribing (understand Brown envelope) the decision maker (not the real big boss) can help !

So, how do you bring this up ? How do you propose ? Etc.

All secrets and tricks are warmly welcome ;-).

Thanks for your experience and wisdom.

Where? Bribery of this kind is not a universally accepted promotion strategy.

I don't agree with your statement that "... we ALL know for a fact that in business we won't succeed with an all-ethic-strategy."

For one, I would never do business with anyone who tried to bribe me. I'd take that as an insult.

It sort of depends on what country you are in. If it is accepted as normal business practice then just ask who to give the money to.

My suggestion: Don't do business with people you have to bribe. Too easy for takers to take a larger amount from another company and your company wastes needed cash.

My question: How do you want people to bring it up when they are selling to you?

    Michael
