Know-How Exchange : E-Marketing

Does anyone here use Salesforce CRM (we have Enterprise Edition) and have an e-marketing provider that they really like? My company was using SalesGenius and I have not had good results. We are B2B and have 2 different monthly email newsletters. I have had an abundance of issues with HTML usability, the visual editor, and its connection with the Salesforce CRM SalesGenius does not automatically sync new leads and contacts to campaigns. With a better provider, we would expand our email activities..
