Incentive Plan Rebranding

We're making a major edit to our incentive plan for next fiscal year and i'd like to give it a flashy name since we are now adding in our hourly employees. We are a pay for performance company and we are now tying our quarterly bonus payouts to the company performance. I'd like to give the new plan name some pizzaz but i can't seem to come up with anything new. Previous plan was just titled "incentive plan".
