Best Day To Send Email Blast

I once read that Sunday was the best day to send an email blast to consumers. Is that true? If not, when has worked for you?

    Whoa -- yes, my company sells business-to-business, so we would never send an email blast on the weekend. We try to reach people during business hours. In contrast to Lee, we blast on Wednesday or Thursday around 1:30 (right after lunch).

    But, Cricksart, it sounds as if you are marketing to consumers, not B2B as I am.
