Tagline For Luxury Concierge Company

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I own a luxury concierge company called Take It Easy.

My company focuses on helping high net worth, high profile individuals, usually male, manage the day-to-day tasks that they are just too busy to undertake.

I am in the middle of re-branding and am changing to an extremely edgy, rock 'n roll vibe.

I want my tagline to read - Take It Easy - Addictively Relaxing

What do you think? Do you think that having a word with "addict" in a tagline could lead to a negative image? Or offend in any way?

I'm open to thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks!

How are you going to have credibility with "high net worth" folks if you don't even own the domain for your brand name. I suggest you buy the domain (if available) or change your brand name as your first priority.

And no, I don't think the word "addict" will be of benefit in targeting these successful people.

Thanks for your response Steve - I do own a domain for my company. It is takeiteasytoronto.ca

I have over 500 high net worth/high profile clients who don't seem to mind that I own this particular domain - since I am based out of Toronto.

Thanks also for your insight into the use of the word "addict".

    Much appreciated.

Oh, that's completely different Tarra. Obviously I was just going by what you wrote in the question :)

So why are you re-branding and what is the underlying strategy and new positioning. Why is "edgy" the creative solution?

I'm re-branding because there is a disconnect right now.

We supply services to rock stars and famous musicians, but you go to our website and it is about seniors and families.

I'm confident with my direction right now - just curious about the tagline.

Thanks again for all the suggestions and help.

Don't know why you designed your website for "seniors and families", but I agree with Phil, redesign your website to appeal to rockstars.

As for the tagline, ask your rockstar clients what they think.

(Aside: I find your scrolling title distracting)

I would suggest instead of "Addictively Relaxing" appeal the the emotion that your target market is looking for: "More Time For You" or "(You've Earned It) Successfully Relax" (etc.)

Thanks everyone - I really appreciate it.

Yes - the website is being re-done as we speak.

I started my company helping out seniors and families - but realized it just wasn't me. I come from the Rock n Roll industry and that is where my connections are.

The old website was good for what I thought I wanted. Now I know what I want.

Thanks again for all the helpful suggestions.

Well I just signed up for membership and this was the first post I see. I'm no professional in that market, but I don't like the tagline you are considering. I do agree, however, that you should re-design the website to reflect the rock and roll vibe you want to connect with.
