I am the MBA student now going to do dissertation.
I have got scope that I would like to do but I really don't have idea how I could do about it. What should the structure of my dissertation be?
As I have seen recently pharmaceutical company use social media to maintain customer relationship to enhance the marketing so this is the starting point of my idea. The problem is I don't have inside information or contact with the company so it is difficult to do quantitative work such as effectiveness of social media to CRM.(Do not know how to get contact or ask for project with them) Or I should do it like the research, in this point I found it is too broad, cannot find exact purpose and outcome.
Could you please give me suggestion.
