How To Make A Good Pr Ceremony For Consulting Co

A consulting company want to make a very good ceremony
for 50 VIP. I don't have much idea to make it very good!

    Think about:
    - Why the VIPs would want to attend
    - Why the audience would want to attend
    - What message you want to share with everyone
    - What would make the message valuable being a live presentation/ceremony

    we are going to make it as presentation but is that enough for them??

    What do you know about the audience? What would interest them? Who/where are they? How were they selected? What's the objective of this ceremony?

    the objective of this ceremony to make the audience never forget about this company or attracted more donors.
