Please Suggest Ngo Tagline .........

Hi All
the requirement is for a new NGO launching next month in concern with to HELP OTHERS WHETHER ITS HUMAN OR ANIMAL OR NATURE so need few taglines/punchlines to go along with it. We had hell of options but doesnot match with d aims e.g. We thought of OUR REASON FOR LIVING IS TO HELP OTHERS but seems a bit long...so if youguys can suggest me something ..........very touchy

    What is the name of this NGO? Why do you want a tagline? Who is the target audience? What do you want them to know/do once they've read the tagline?

    Your tagline needs to relate to the specific way in which you want to help others. For example:

    NGO Name
    Delivering Food and Medicine to Northern Proferia

    NGO Name of Whateverland
    Bread and Milk to Flood and Famine Victims

    NGO Name
    Digging Wells and Building Roads in Rural Namestan

    The specificity of the name will help you achieve your goals and will help attract donations and volunteers, because a specific name suggests direction and organization. If your goal is broad ("We live to help others," for example), then it feels good but it doesn't say anything useful or actionable to NGO supporters or to those it will help. It sounds like the organization is wandering, not focused; and only focus can create results that last.

    I hope this helps you to clarify your plans for a name.
