Have you already been selected to attend an interview?

By asking you to present in this way the organization's management evidently wants to see how you think, what strategic overview you bring with you, and how you'll guide other members of the team (and how you'll be guided by them).

No one on this forum can tell you what you'll do for this organization: you know what the organization does, where it is, who it serves, how it serves them, and how it improves people's lives. This means YOU need to figure out what you'll do, when you'll do it, and how you'll do it.

Step back. Relax. Read through all the material for this organization: its annual report, its website, its blog, any press releases, its staff listing and any biographies ... its mission, vision, purpose, and its key stakeholders.

Then, add in your experience, your input, where you've added value and contribution to other organizations, including voluntary work, and use THIS material to plan out your 90 plan of action.

The people you'll be reporting to, working with, and meeting with want to know what makes you tick, they want to know how you think, feel, react, and behave.

Only you know this. Only you know what talents, skills, weaknesses, strengths, and passions you have. For each question you only need to give a bullet point overview of between three and six main goals: five is an ideal number.

Simply tell these people who you are, what you've done, how this all prepares you for this role and how you'll use your skills base to achieve the goals you've outlined. They want to know how you'll fit in and what you bring to the table.
