Payback On Outgoing Arpu

The loyalty program targeted a platinum customers segment in its initial phase. The program achieved 15% decrease in Churn rate within the high value segment, through 5.2% avg. payback on outgoing ARPU.

I need someone to let me know what this sentence says in a simple way.

I will appreciate it if you can give more clarifications about this part:

through 5.2% avg. payback on outgoing ARPU.

And if you let me know the difference between incoming and outgoing ARPU.

    The questions that I asked in the forum are not consider homework questions at all.

    It is likely that I will get a chance to work in the telecom field very soon, that is why I need to gain more knowledge from experienced people like you by answering me such technical questions.
