How does your "VIP Treatment" differ from other travel agents? Do you specialize in a specific type of travel, a specific region, a specific type of traveler, or something else? Do your clients simply stay in 4-star accommodations, only take private jets, only stay on private islands, etc? Do you currently have clients (and are planning to change your name) or are you just starting your business?

Thank you hydronext.com for your input. Jay Hamilton-Roth, to answer your questions, I am currently in the process of re-branding. My current name is Atlanta VIP Concierge. My services differ from a travel agent because I provide services besides reservations of flights, hotels, and car service. Some of my services include monthly reminders of important events, management of frequent flyer miles, economy and luxury car rentals, private jet access, high status sporting events, VIP seats and backstage passes for arts, theater, and concerts. Most importantly Nightlife Entertainment. I provide my clients with a VIP Host no line no wait no hassle for the top nightclubs currently for the Atlanta area with table and bottle service along with Adult entertainment access. Basically, in a nutshell I custom create a travel itinerary for my clients based on the needs and wants while traveling to Atlanta w/ or w/out a tourist perspective. I want them to feel at home while in Atlanta by experiencing the best restaurants, spas, nightclubs, shows, concerts, sports events, celebrity events, etc... I am in the start up phase of my biz however, I have had two clients since I opened in may one was a one time service for a biz owner and the other was a celebrity who I worked with weekly for several months following the opening of my biz. Yes, My clients will stay in 4 star on up hotels. I have not had any clients from outside of Atlanta yet. I want to change the name because I want to be able to use my name regardless of what major city I am opporating in. Hope this helps?

    Laveenia,

you say "that speaks to my target market, $60k+, 25+, corporate, self-employed, entertainer, etc that travel for work and pleasure" - I would like to know what your target market tell you about themselves. That is, apart from the above. Because targeting such a broad swaithe of the community is going to be *very expensive*.

After all, these people are going to be bombarded by offers from travel agents offering "Travel & Entertainment, Adventures, Golf, Nightlife" - after all, what else do you do on holiday?? It's not as if many go looking at the ruins of ancient Sukhotai like I do ... most people would think me crazy. Okay, so they would be right. My point is that people make choices about holidays for different impulses and many of those impulses are formed by likes and dislikes that have nothing at all to do with holidays.

If you can give us an idea of the character of your target audience rather than the bare data - it will make your tagline something that makes their ears prick. Just as an idea, my copywriting services are advertised under the keyword "Louis Armstrong" - because the most imaginative entrepreneurs like jazz. I happen to like Louis too.

    In the meantime try

"Frank Sinatra liked the Nacional in Havana, it's a great place to visit" (I don't know if the US still outlaws Cuba - but you get the drift).

"When you travel on business you travel alone. Next time, do it with someone you like"

Let's hear from you. Moriarty xx

Moriarty Thanks for the comments and questions. So to give you a better ideal my target market are biz executives who travel frequently to and from atlanta on biz. Pro players who may not be the most popular player on their team( not lebron's). Entrepreneurs who may have business meetings in Atlanta 1 to 3x's a month or year. Entertainers(musicians, artist, singers, tv stars) who do not have the clout they would want and need in order to get the best table at one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Or who can afford to party like a rock star financially however, because they do not have a connections in Atlanta they have to wait on line like everyone else which may be hours and pay crazy money to get in due to the more known celebrity coming to the club that night. Couples/ Families who are looking to spend intimate time together but they are not familiar with Atlanta therefore, it may take them a while to find a nice spa if they find one that matches their needs and wants. By that time all appointments are gone and they do not know anyone that can help them get an appointment that day with a specific person that they know will deliver. Does this help?

Ah! I can see something now. What I am seeing is exclusivity rather than VIP treatment. After all, everyone does VIP, even car salesmen. You are also focusing on Atlanta - or people who are intending visiting.

    "Southern Welcome"
    "Welcome To The South"
    "Atlanta Welcome"
    "Your Atlanta Welcome"

    Taglines:

    "Opening doors in Atlanta"
"We help you feel at home in Atlanta"
    "Making Atlanta your second city"
"Makes Atlanta feel like coming home"
"Traveling to Atlanta? You won't lose your way with us"

If you want to be honest, add something that you don't do. Because that will show people that you are honest. Even car salesmen say they are honest! The effect will be magical.

How about "Best of Atlanta Concierge" or "Best of Atlanta: A Concierge Service"?

(Aside: Your current name "Atlanta VIP Concierge" is fine, but a bit redundant - since to a concierge, everyone's a VIP.

Thank You all for your input. I am looking for a name that will not limit me to the Atlanta area my goal is to be placed in major cities throughout the USA and eventually internationally. Therefore, the name does not need to include Atlanta in the main part of the name. PhilGrisolia4Results thank you very much! If I could get some more options from you all I would greatly appreciate it!
