For a start, are your products produced to the appropriate European standards? In other words, do you have a CE mark? Because without that, you can't. I guess you know that.

Tell us what makes Greek honey special? Remember it was Alexander that brought cane sugar from India - a crop that took the place of honey! Please don't sell them on the "Poor Greeks" line, it doesn't wash with us in the North (I live in Holland, by the way). Pride in your product and its quality will sell, and rightfully so.

The biggest problem for farmers - and this goes for the North too - is that commodity prices are very low. You simply can't make a living if you sell food as a commodity.

Is there any way that you can make a Greek recipe from the stuff you grow or that you can buy in the locality? Because adding value of this kind will make you 10x the amount that selling the olives on their own will. Even so, it will be tough. German industry is geared up for super-efficiency and can cut costs in a way that would make your jaw drop. They are finding selling tough enough too. So you aren't alone.

Somehow you need to make something really special that you can't easily reproduce by machine.

For some support to your cause, read my friend's blog https://klauskastner.blogspot.nl/ "Griechenland" (also in English) for a kinder word from the North.

I hope this helps, Moriarty xx

And? The problem here is that your question makes no sense. Are you selling beans or honey? What do you need help with?

Have you undertaken any market research that suggests there is a market for either or both products within European countries? I would suggest you first look into this and based on this information you can develop a plan based on the findings of your research.
