Okay, before I start, you are having trouble thinking of a name/tagline because you are focussing on your clients. This takes a little imagination - only look at your business **as if you were your client**. From what you have written above, you have a pretty good idea who they are. If you can refine this any more, it will do you better. Selling to everyone is expensive - and the more refined your target customer is, the cheaper (= more effective) your advertising will be.
