Iata is specifically for the aviation industry - their courses can be found here: https://www.iata.org/training/Pages/delhi-training-center.aspx

I have some questions for you: you intend starting a travel business. Who do you see as your clients? What do they like and why would they choose you - and not anyone else in your area or online who also happens to be a travel agent. After all, there are lots of them. Because running a business is a lot more than just a certification and an office. The most important thing you can have are good clients - almost everything else comes second. If you can please clients and fulfill their wishes, you have a business - as long as you have enough of them to make ends meet. That, after all, is the hard bit.

As important is to ask them if their courses are useful to someone who is establishing their own business.

How do you propose to serve the travel industry? What value will you create? For whom? Over what kind of time span? What background and experience can you bring to the table and how will this prepare you for the services you'll offer?

Certifications are great things to have but so are plans and maps: where are you going and how will you get there?
