Email Campaign Link Error

The link to an e-newsletter article was correct in the test email I sent myself. When the email deployed, the link changed to a different URL. Does anyone know why this happened? Please explain...

    Is the different URL one of your own? If so, you can change your landing page to match it.

    As to why these things happen, it could be a myriad different things.

    Thank you. Yes, it's mine and I can change it, however my manager is concerned about why this happened. What are some possible reasons?

    Sounds like an issue with the platform the e-mail was sent out through. Is this a SaaS application? If it is, your first port of call is probably to file a help request with their help desk.

    Then what was done was normal. Generally, URLs in contact manager emails are redirected to the contact manager's software to record the click (who/when) and then forward the click to the original URL.
