What do YOU think? Why? It's an assignment to get you to think, not simply figure out the quickest way to find an answer.

If you are posting what was a multi-choice question on a test, and only one of your options is right, then I go with the first option ("bypassing intermediaries to communicate to consumers directly")

Pull strategy involves promoting to the end user and having them then go look for the product, where the stores then order the product based on this demand (pulling the product through the channels).

The other extreme is a push strategy, where the products are sold to the stores (often with incentives for them to promote the product), where the end user then sees the product and buys the product (so product is pushed through the channels).
