Do you already have a staffing agency? If yes, please describe your clients. If no, please describe the clients you will be targeting. Where are they? Do you have a positioning strategy in mind (or on paper)? Anything more you can tell us?

What makes your agency special? There are rather a lot to choose from, after all! Why would someone choose you in any case, and they have a working relationship with them. What would you say to someone in this position that would turn their head?

Who is your primary target audience? Where? Why should someone hire you instead of a competitor? What's the name of the business? What benefit do you want the tagline to communicate?

The name of my staffing agency is Brunswick staffing and my clients are accounting firms, nursing homes and hospitals. My fees are a little lower than most agency since i'm new. I also cater to alot of minority offering training to assist them on getting the job.

What one thing could you offer a business that they would pay over the odds for?

I'm relatively new to marketing - yet I probably charge more than Mr. Goodman.

But that's just me being pig-headed ;-)
