Change your "count down" clock to give yourself more time. Use the time to write a business plan with a great marketing section which includes a benefit positioning statement which will be the basis for a written creative brief for your tagline development.

You are not ready to launch a business, just yet.

    Firstly I like the logo.

I don't like the count-down either though. I would like to ask you where you think your customers will come from, what will they be looking for and why will they buy the things you sell?

Is there anything distinctive in the things your selling - the way your selling them - or your customers? Well it's not the latter if you're selling "everybody's fashion". The problem is that you haven't sold anything yet, so you don't actually know what sells. I'm not speaking generally here, I'm speaking about YOU. More importantly, THEM, your buyers. What do they like about you, and what you sell and how you sell it.

There are nine million search results for "trendy yet classic casuals" (without the quotes). That means there are nearly a million pages of Google search results. Do you seriously want to be on page 452,576? How many visitors will you get when someone has clicked through that many times?

You have a great logo. Find out who likes it, and why. Sell the fashions they're wearing when you speak to them. Speak the language they speak, ask the questions they ask.

In the mean time - take a look at this, it might give you a little inspiration:

These are the guys you're up against. It's going to be tough out there. That doesn't mean you can't do it, it does mean you need to get clever. That's where Steve's questions all fit in.

There is room for all of us, and that includes you. Just as long as you're speaking to the right people!!

@Steve Byrne - Thanks for your concern. I will surely give it a thought :)

@Moriarty - Thanks for the reply. My customer come from India, It's India based company. They will buy my brand because I am giving exactly what they are looking for. I have studied my market and I have done long research. There are brands like tommy, polo, fcuk, etc. present in INdia, but they sell low quality clothes with high price tags. (I could compare the differences between India shopping expeience and US because I lived in states for 10 years) I have seen many people going out of India to shop (especially Dubai). So I want to give exactly what they go out of india to shop for. I know its going to be very tough out there, But I guess it's better to try then not try atall.

@Jay Hamilton-Roth - Thank you for the suggestion.

Well done for picking quality over price. It's the one thing nobody can beat you on - especially if you factor in quality of service.

A serious question: you say you've done market research. Have you found out who your best kind of clients will be. This is way more than them just being Indian, it goes deeper: why would they choose to buy from you? Who is the perfect client for the qualities you specialize in (material, fashion, sales and after-service etc, etc, etc) ??

You need to know what they want of you that you do best. As I say, this isn't something fuzzy and general like "quality" it's the way you've sorted the people who answer the phones for example that will win them over if they are in doubt. It'll be the kinds of fashions you offer.

What are you offering locally that people are going to Dubai to get?
