Tagline For Recruitment Firm

We am brainstorming for a catchy tag line for my recruitment company ASCENT. Ascent is a multi-discipline (business, marketing and engineering placement) talent solution firm. Positions we focus on: Executive, Professional, & Technical.

We want it to reflect our brand. The website is climbwithascent.com. We also have a little Sherpa girl as my brand ambassador who we are still working to name. She is the guide for HR solutions and help the companies and candidate to climb up with right employees or employer.

Some of the keywords that we liked are: Career, Navigate, Guide, Human Resources, Climb and talent acquisition. We would really appreciate all of your input and ideas

    It appears you have a lot going on, probably too much:

    1) Ascent
    2) Climb With Ascent
    3) Brand Ambassador Sherpa Girl (by whatever name)
    4) New Tagline, e.g. Your Future Is looking Up

    What kind of feedback are you getting from your customers? Why do you need a new tagline? How will it help your customers better understand your services and benefits for them?

    Steve's on the button asking for feedback. My take on your business looks to how you treat your customers. The way you do this is crucial - and unique too. Done with clarity and honesty, people will get the treatment you offer, which leads to long-term trust.
