Help Required To Manage Elance Profile Content

We are software Development Company with stringent quality control and a proven software development delivery system.
Elance is one of our important areas of work. However, I feel that the content in our company profile on Elance is not managed well. Could someone please specify us about managing this content in order to make it look more attractive? What sort of description should be there and how long/short it should be?

    If this is for your profile page, very few people visit it. Usually they're only interested in your reactions or proposals - and other people see the first two lines of your profile when you've posted. You can use that to your advantage!

    What kind of guarantee do you offer with your proposals? What makes you stand out? Why do customers choose you given the strength of competition in this cattle-market?
