Summarise Marketing Plan, Internal & External

I need help with a marketing assignment.
I have to do a series of investigations and new market opportunities for a consumer-orientated business, I choose to focus on Peter Alexander Sleepwear as I have some excellent market opportunities for the brand. I just need abit of help with the first few questions.

Questions include:
• briefly summarise their marketing plan,
structure, key policies, procedures, products and services.

•Conduct and summarise an analysis of the marketing environments (internal and external) that the company operates in.

• Describe some of the key pieces of legislation and codes of practice that apply to the
organisation/market. Describe any ethical considerations.

I have a few things written down but I just want to pick others brains as to it.
Any help is so greatly appreciated!!!

    To briefly describe their marketing plan, I would try to figure out what their 4-Ps are - product, price, place, promotion.

    For example, product isn't just sleepwear, but how the product varies from others in the market and what need it is fulfilling for customers. Is it just clothing or does it also meet a need filled by buying brand named products?

    On price, where do they fall price wise as compared to other products? Luxury, discount, etc.? What are the retail prices?

    Place is how do they sell. Do they sell direct over the internet, use brick and mortar stores, have people sell to their friends Multi-level marketing), etc. Do they sell through their own web sites and/or stores, or do they sell through department stores or other retailers?

    Promotion is whether they advertise, use coupons, provide slotting fees to retailers, etc.
