you're renting limousines. That means you are aiming at a very refined niche of people - that is to say those who are rich enough to need one but not rich enough to own and run one of their own. You're on the spot (and I'm not) so you'll be able to work out who they are a little easier than I can.

Whatever else, you are in business to serve people. Serve them well and they'll come back for more (or just ask to buy one of your limos second hand ;-) In either case, it's people who do this. Or companies who are formed of people who need limos for this or that occasion.

Now: even if you're in a niche, you will have competition. What can you do that's special and can mark you out as such to those who need your specialty? Doing this will help bring in your better customers whilst leaving the trash for your competition to get their hands dirty with.
