    PSR? Acronyms usually have several possible meanings. Which one? Patient Services Representative?

    A name will only be 'catchy' to your target audience when it speaks of how you intend "to accelerate the readiness of potential PSRs to be sales and marketing managers"

    This issue will of necessity be personal - or at least to the character of your operation. If your branding is to be effective in communicating what you do, it must be specific to you. Since that's not possible on an open forum, being as open as you feel able will give us the knowledge of your situation that will enable us to give reasonable results. You can then refine them to the direct needs of those you intend serving.

    Plus the usual drivel: where are you, what do you do, who are your customers/prospects, yada yada yada.

    Perhaps you can share a story of how you worked with a past client that showcases what problems they had, why they picked you, how you worked together, and what resulted?
