I'm trying to assist a recruiter friend of mine who has a search for a Director of IT Marketing/CMTO active. I'm wondering if there are any active communities either on this site or elsewhere where I could guide him.

    Linkedin is one of the best places to find this sort of quality.

    You can also check out Nancy Slessenger's site https://vinehouse.co.uk for some searing insights into how to recruit the right person - even if they don't have the right CV ...
