Baby Development Classes Need A Slogan/tag Line

Posted by BC1 on 250 Points
My company delivers baby development classes and I am trying to come up with a suitable slogan / tag line

My mind is completely blank and after days of brainstorming all I have is the following:

Helping your child have the best start
BC, we build smiles
Learning and fun from birth

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Thank you

What's the name of your company?
Who do you provide classes for? Where are they located? Why do they choose you?
    For what age babies?
Is this a mommy-and-me type class, or something else?

When faced with a problem of this kind, there is one very simple solution. Look at the issue from your customers' point of view. It's simple - so simple - that it baffles me why more people don't do it. Never mind, if you do, your business will do a lot better than otherwise.

You'll also have a clearer idea about what to do too ... that's the magic of marketing.

And we still haven't any taglines ... slapped hand.

    So how about

    Gettem going from day one
    Lettem learn from day one
Helping them learn as they grow.
    Learning as they grow
    Colorful playful learning

    (Aside)
One thing you can also suggest to parents is to do painting with their children each day. just ten minutes is all it need take. By the end of several months, even if your kid's not so good at painting they'll have one painting that they can say they like. You might not like it, that's not the issue. It's one they like. Believe me, this will have an enormous impact on their ability in school. What's more its the sort of thing that'll keep them interested through the most boring classes.

We really need the answers to Jay's questions if we're going to be helpful to you.

Also, why do you feel you need a tagline? Is the name of the company obscure?

From the perspective of your primary target audience, what's the unique and important BENEFIT you provide? Really push to identify the ultimate, emotional benefit. That's what the best taglines communicate.

Oh, and part of my mission statement is: healthy social, physical and emotional development
    from birth.

I am tempted to use that but was wanting something a little more 'catchy'

    A few ideas to consider:
    - Learn & Play Together
    - Play, Share, and Grow (Together)
    - Develop(ing) Stronger Bonds

    How about

Baby Can - healthy social, physical and emotional development from birth. [this is your line, by the way]
Baby Can - 3d bonding with parents
Baby Can - 3 dimensional bonding with parents
Baby Can - bonding baby with parents
Baby Can - bonding your baby to your life.

Let's talk about the emotional payoff for the target audience (i.e., the purchaser/parent), or the "end-end-benefit."

It's probably that they will earn the gratitude of their children in years to come; or they will feel the satisfaction of doing a better job of raising their children; or they will be seen and respected by their peers as great parents.

Don't focus so much on what YOU do, but instead focus on the emotional benefit your customers will experience. That's what your tagline needs to communicate.

"Helping you give your child the best start"

    Thanks again
