Where? What type of garments? For what type of buyer? Are you making the garments or selling others'? What makes your store "special"?

Think about the things you say when fitting a gentleman that makes them stand a couple of inches taller. That is the sort of thing that makes for a good tagline. Working out what pleases customers is usually what makes a good tagline too. We needs more info, and the answers to the above'll help too.
