Can I assume you are not targeting the Blue Man Group? That would be narrowing the target audience way too far.

All kidding aside, how will you determine if the proposed naming solutions are interesting? Wouldn't a relevant name be a better goal? What do you mean by "into car manufacturing? What do you manufacture and for whom? What are your employees like, how would you describe them?

We need more info, and more complete story to help you.

An introductory handbook will cover any number of things and is highly dependent on the style of manufacturing in your plant. To my mind, the handbook needs to be welcoming - the seeming confusion they'll see all around them is both intimidating and thrilling.

    So how about -

    Your Journey Begins
    Handshake
    Life in the beehive
Your place in confusion [this won't pass the management test, but is given in case it suggests anything better to you]

Are these any good? Is there anything you could add?

Handbooks are designed, both to introduce you to the Company and to be of continuing use during your employment.

So...there'll be separate, but equal, inspiring guides for the Green and Violet color workers?

We really do need more information. Is this a series?
