Salary Range For Senior Marketing Manager In La

Posted by Anonymous on 50 Points
I have a possible job offer with a medical company as a Senior Marketing Manager in LA. The corporate office has about 100 employees with 10,000+ employees throughout the country.

I currently live in PA and I am not familiar with cost of living comparison in LA. How much should I expect to be offered, and how much should I ask for?

Depends on what you currently make and where you live in PA and where you might wind up in LA.

As you can see from the information on glassdoor.com, the range is pretty big. At least part of the reason is that different companies use the title "senior marketing manager" to describe very different jobs and responsibilities.

The best approach is probably to compare what you're doing now to the job you're being offered, and the difference in cost of living, to determine what you're willing to accept. If the offer is more than that, and you want it, then take it. If it's less, explain the problem to your prospective employer and see if the offer is negotiable.
