Looking for ideas for taglines for home building company (custom design residential homes in Perth Western Australia) please help!!!

    Are these homes stick built? Brick and mortar? Panelized, prefabricated, and factory built? Or something else? Do you offer one stop shopping from the site up for individual home buyers or do you sell to the construction industry?

    Who is the primary target audience? Why would someone select you instead of another home-builder in the area? What makes you different from, and better than, your competitors?

    And why do you want a tagline? What do you expect a tagline to do for you? What do you want it to communicate?

    Brick and mortar? Yes
    Panelized, prefabricated, and factory built (can be if client requires but not usually)
    Do you offer one stop shopping from the site up for individual home buyers or do you sell to the construction industry? Yes

    Target audience is mostly custom built homes in a middle range price.

    We are not a project home builder, every home is individual based on clients objectives. Quality, attention to detail and high level client/builder collaboration is paramount.
    We are a family based small business where our reputation means everything.

    Since it's middle range and it's a focus on your reputation, I'm expecting a tagline that either involves "emotion" (I use that term loosely because it doesn't necessarily mean weepy) or inspirational. You want something that links your family to their family, that they are an extension of your family and you'd do anything to build their dream home because you feel like they are your "cousins" or relatives. Nothing cutesy or cheap, because it matters what home you put these people into.

    "We put our love into your home"
    "Your inspiration. Our perspiration."

    I have the train of thought but not the catchy tagline yet.
