Help Naming An Exercise Program

Posted by BH on 250 Points
I have several exercise programs I currently use with clients, but have decided to name them for easier marketing. I am really struggling to come up with names. Help with even one would be great.

1. An 8 week weightloss program for beginners. Guaranteed 15 pounds lost in 8 weeks.

2. A 6 week program designed to lose the last 10 pounds.

3. A 12-week total body workout for women with a specific focus on developing great glutes (a great butt).

4. A 12-week fat loss program for brides to fit into the dress of their dreams. Expect 20-25# weightloss.

5. A 30-day program designed to lose 10#, (intermediate to advanced).

Why not just use a straightforward, concise notation describing the time and targets?

    Exercise and Weight Loss Programs
    8-week, 15-pound Program for Beginners.
    6-week, 10-pound Program
12-week Total Body and Glute Program
12-week Get Fit and Trim Bridal Program
    30-day, 10-pound Program for Intermediate/Advanced

The names make it easier only in terms of flyers and new member info packets. It takes away the details, which works better in fitness sales. Better to market the result, rather than the process, or address a specific type of client or goal. For example, The Butt Project or Final Phase Fat Loss (already being used) . Also the simpler the better for every form of marketing (radio, newspaper, flyers, etc.) I have been in this business for 18 years and have never needed to market programs, I just decide on the program as I get a new client and consult with them.. But I am moving to a new location now, and in order to fill 25 spots quickly, this is the best way to do it. I don't really need advice on that part, I know the industry extremely well, I just thought I might get some creative name suggestions here. Thank you Jay for your suggestions.
