Questionnaire Related To Building Glass

I need to formulate questionnaire for my project based on glass( which is used for building office, house etc..) So what are the questions i suppose to ask.? I have no idea about this.I need to formulate almost 20 questions. Plz help me....

    You need some objectives and to identify the people involved. Who would want the results of the questionnaire - A - (eg a glass manufacturer, a construction firm, architects) etc? What would they want to find out? Then who would you ask - B - (eg a housebuyer, the windowfitter, a construction company)? Now think of what would A like to ask B.

    For instance preferences about types, usages, formats, prices, brands, purchase methods, quantities etc.
