Title Needed For Private Lending Etoolkit

Posted by sb on 500 Points
I need the masters of marketing to help me come up with a title for a digital toolkit that will allow users to be able to raise money on demand for real estate deals.

It is customary for most people matchmaking these
deals to make 5 Points per deal.

This allows the buyer/user/broker to make money rather effortlessly and quickly without having to deal with the burdens of ownership. It allows them to look grat on the first impression without having to feel awkward talking to investors; here they are wearing the right clothes to the party here.

Their credibility is instantly sealed via the "institutional-grade" materials that professionals on Wall Street use to pitch these deals.

So – for example – one can make $5,000 on a $100,000 loan.

This toolkit allows the user to broker money from one private lender to a rehab investor.

It comes with the following:

1. Pre-Written PowerPoint Presentation
This is an evergreened presentation where people follow instructions to fill in the blanks for their deal.

2. Fill in the blanks Excel Model
So they look at the numbers dispassionately and be able to show their private lenders that they did the brain-damage needed to structure the risk away from them.

3. Video tutorials

4. 30 page Book (PLN)

This is s a book that I wrote that warms up their investors as to the concept of being a private lender and answers all of their questions and objections first.

This will be part of our book funnel for “Making The Yield” where people will pay $197 for this toolkit.

Bad Words that shouldn’t be used for this: Mortgage, Investment.

Broker is OK, but I prefer something less generic that doesn’t have a connotation of “commissions”, because that denotes one needs a license and this isn’t the case here.

Thank you kindly in advance!

    Jay.

"Packaging The Deal" sounds attractive. But does it sound like a name of a course?

    I appreciate your thoughtfulness!

It will sound like the name of a course if that's the name of the course.

And the course will need to deliver against the implicit promise in the name.
