You have this question in the e-marketing category, so you are looking for companies that e-market who are not market oriented? I also would like a bit more clarification so i can provide a better answer for you.

In general, the more of a monopoly a company has, the less marketed oriented they tend to be. That monopoly may come from government rules only allowing one or few companies, or from barriers to entry (high costs to enter). Power companies, garbage collection companies, and the like generally are in more monopolistic situations, and as such are generally not market oriented.

More competition in the industry makes the companies have to be more market oriented to succeed.
