Name And Tagline For Strategy Workshop

Need a motivating/inspirational Name & tagline for a Strategy workshop for planning key imperatives and goals and target (KRA) way forward for FY17.

Some examples are

Phoenix
The Summit

    Who is likely to attend the workshop? Why?
    What does KRA mean?
    Why an inspirational name rather than a clear benefit to the value of attending?

    KRA=Key Result Areas
    Without a target audience or even organization, industry or professional affiliation all we can come up with are generic things like:

    The Cutting Edge
    A workshop for sharpening your business strategies and performance metrics

    maybe share a few more details with us to help us refine our suggestions?

    Thank you for your responses and queries.

    KRA stands for Key Result Areas = Something that employees are expected to adhere to for their performance at work.

    The objective of this off-site program for employees in a delivery team is to attend the workshop and come up with a clear understanding of what is expected out of them, their deliverable in line with the larger goals of the organisation and chalk out a strategy for the financial year ahead on how to meet the goals.

    Not having a inspirational motivational theme based workshop ideally results in a laid back approach by employees since there are already many internal workshops & meetings that take place at work on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. We don't want them to feel that this is yet another workshop or meeting hence a Theme based meeting with a clear agenda so they are excited & look forward to attending the workshop with their new ideas and open mind.

    If there is an option of addressing and coming up with a team name that would be great.

    A few examples of how to address the team that we did in the past are:

    Gladiators

    Champions

    Warriors


    And Theme names were:

    Phoenix

    The Summit

    Congress

    Conclave
