Effects Of Consumer Preferences

at times they prefer certain products once it is in the store no one wants it any more, so how do we solve this dilema

    If it is focused on a specific product, specific market and specific marketing mix elements, it is definitely researchable. If it's a general question about any or all products then it probably isn't.
